fixes:

+ fixed low much to low jump high when not moving
+ fixed error in wall pierce routine (now correctly pierces walls with different   surface flags on the either side)
+ fixed not visible PPM aim mode
+ increased grenade damage

+ increased damage of all weapons by 10 percent

+ new bullet impact effects including smoke
+ new configurable crosshair including CS type
+ new shooting range map for weapon testing
+ crosshair color: choose from red, amber and white
+ Visible Respawn Counter shows you when you are allowed to respawn 
+ buy menu is now bindable, default is F5
+ team kills are logged and shown in scoreboard (format: this map / since connected) 
+ new variable: g_tc_kickTeamKillers (voteable), if >0 gives the amount of
  "allowed" team kills per map. If a player kills more team mates that this threshold,
  he is kicked after a   warning is shown.
+ new variable: g_tc_safeSpawnTime (voteable), if >0 the number of seconds of
  invulnerability after respawn. If you fire a weapon during this time, the protection
  is gone.
+ One can now join during rounds in round play modes and spawns as a ghost of the
  chosen team.
